Wipro is the most third class company i have worked with till date.. I have been working there for last one and half years and now i have left the company last month.. it felt like I have been released from jail. They keep a baseline which is quite impossible to achieve on the shift time. During interview they will tell you that it's only 8.5 hours shift with 1 hours break time.. later you'll see that you are working for 13-15 hrs a day and still if you can't able to achieve the target you have to work on weekends. You are not supposed to have any personal life. TL's are so bad here.. office politics is the top priority here. Against all the odds wipro pays big amount of overtime amount. But there is also terms and condition. If you are continuously earning 15-20k per month extra OT amount, manager directly tells auditor or supervisor to take action against that employee, they will send more errors, supervisors start misbehaving. During notice period supervisors force you to Meet the target baseline. Wipro is the worst company i have ever worked with.

A fresher was terminated by Wipro.

1. She joined wipro on 13th june 2022, after clearing the aptitude & Interview round which is assessed by the company by its experts.

2. At the time of onboarding it was told, candidate will be getting 5 attempts to clear PRP.

3. Suddenly she gets an email after 3 attempts that the rule has been changed and the new rule is that as she is not able to score 60% in the 3 attempts so now she will be terminated.

4. Company asks her to resign and pay 1.35lakh rupees as a settlement amount, which the candidate did not earn in her 4month of PRP training.

5. If she does not resign by himself , then she will be terminated and blacklisted.

Note: Many of you might say, its a good decision by company to terminate her if she did not score 60% in 3 attempts. Just wanted to say when the rule can be suddenly changed , when your offer letter is revoked, then you don't know you scroed 50% or 80%. The candidate is already assessed by aptitude and interview round by the experts and suddenly she is not able to score 60% in a training and they fire her. Also earlier there was no warning or information given regarding termination.

So much wrong has been done by this company to the innocent fresher .. they changed the rule in between , fired the fresher , then asking him for 1.35 lakh rupees in return even though she only worked for 2-3 months..
