Game Development & Artificial Intelligence With PHP

A friend of mine told me that it is possible to even create games with PHP. Is that really possible? Can we implement artificial intelligence using PHP? Looking for your ideas. Select the correct answer from above options

Yes, it is possible to implement Artificial Intelligence and Games in PHP. Just because you can implement AI and games in PHP, doesn't mean you have to. It is not optimal to use PHP because it is designed for effective Server Side web programming. Hence, it is not a better and optimal platform to develop Artificial Intelligence and Games on.
